*We all have a limitation of some kind...however, yours may not be as obvious as mine.

My Purpose

Transitioning through life with a limitation can affect women in many ways. Freedom’s Den Mentor & Coaching Connections focus on the wholeness of one’s wellbeing. I strive to help women modify their perspectives of themselves and the limitation of their cannots, or hindered beliefs, and assist with transitioning them to can do abilities.

Here at Freedom's Den, I embrace the connection between the mind and spirit in an effort to help others live with a limitation, and not be forced by comfort to exist with a “disability”.

The Mission

To create a world where individuals are free to love themselves while embracing the transitions of life that creates the greatest butterfly effect...evolution.

Through encouragement, accountability, and support, a collaborative partnership that generates goal achievement and long-lasting change is developed.
